CPR Training

CLASSES OFFERED

We regularly offer the following CPR certification class:

• Healthcare Provider - a class designed for Emergency Medical Technicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, although anyone may attend.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS

• You are required to purchase the American Heart Association "BLS for Healthcare Providers Student Manual" prior to class. This text can be found online at: http://aha.channing-bete.com/ or http://www.laerdal.com/.
• In addtion to the required manual you must purchase, we also offer our own GWGVFD Study Guide Sheet for CPR. Click here to download GWGVFD CPR Study Guide

SCHEDULE OF CLASSES

Classes are usually taught on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Please Click Here for a calendar of upcoming dates for CPR training.

CLASS LOCATION

Basement of OLD Station 8, 13 East Diamond Avenue, in Old Towne, Gaithersburg MD. Parking is located in lots adjacent to the building. Entrance to the basement is on the right side of the building.

REGISTRATION FOR CLASS

Registration is required via the online CPR Registration Form or e-mail at cpr@gwgvfd.org.

PAYMENT

The Healthcare Provider course costs $50 per person. Payment can be made using the following methods:

1. Paypal ( please bring a copy of your reservation payment e-mail with you to class.)

2. Bring cash (exact change please)

3. Bring a check (payable to GWGVFD Firemen's Fund)
